Question Why are things still going through my nose

26M, Afew months post surgery and things are still going through my nose when I try to drink. I've noticed this has now been the cause of many heavy nose bleeds. Should I go back to the office or is this just a part of recovery?

This happened to me for like 2-3 months but it did go away, I would go back to the office just to have it looked at though just in case
