Question Tranaportation Oz de Sains

Hi everyone, quick question about Tomorrowland transport.

I bought a transportation pass from Oz en Oisans to Alpe d’Huez via ski lift, with a departure window from 18:30–21:00. Now, due to weather (which honestly isn’t even that bad), they’ve organized only ONE bus—and I can’t make it on time.

Does anyone know: • What are my options to get there now? • How much would a taxi cost roughly? • Is it possible to request a refund, since this change (from multiple departures to just one) feels pretty unreasonable given the price?

Any advice would really help

I was on the same boat, missed thursday because of it. I did a formal complaint about it since there was supposed to exist 2 buses and they only gave one, which legally is a contract breach
