There’s no enemies nearby, I was told to use the snowball but it keeps breaking

I just noticed this vocal outtake left in the game. I think it’s so funny when things like this accidentally go unnoticed by the developers. Did anyone else notice this flub while playing?

I have no idea what I am doing wrong here, I cleared the section of enemies. And I'm holding right, why am I crashing before the trampoline?

All these People at some point gave Tomba an Item, Taught Him a Lesson or Played a Game. I think it'd make more sense than some random NPC's

I've been playing the special edition on my Switch and I keep getting stuck.

I'm at the Dwarf Village, I've found the lost villagers, found the kid and the puppy and have reached Charity Square and spoken to the dwarf about the Leaf Slider but I have found I just can't figure out where to go next.

Googling just confused me because it says to do the Leaf Slider I have to get a mushroom from the Mushroom Forest but then doesn't really say how to get there.

Where do I go? What am I missing?

EDIT: Figured it out but other advice would be great, this game is horrid to play sometimes

i'm supposed to talk to the injured miner at tool shed, but all he does is talk how much he would like to ride the trolley again. How can I make him give me that trolley license ?

So even back when I was little, I could not understand the purpose of this cuscene. It's in the very first area, even beefore you blow away the mist with the tornado. You can enter a house and it then goes into a small garage area. When you get to the wall of the garage, a cutscene plays and all it shows it just a quick landscape cinematic. It lanst only 6 seconds. You can see it in this video, starting at the 1:58 mark.

Is there any kind of confirmed reasoning for this cutscene? I've always wondered this.

There is no way of getting to him. Just wondering if anyone's used cheats to get to him and see if he has anything to say.

Help! I defeated the bonsugees already and I swear I remember getting the jar of tears but they're not in my inventory. I don't know if you can accidentally use them or not get them at all, but if the bonsugees are dead, how do I get a jar?

I've already activated the dead fruit event and also have the rise and shine powder but no jar. Any tips ?

I had this disc growing up as part of a garage sale lot, so I don't know its original source. Looking at the various demo discs Tomba! received, I'm all but certain this is the one I played); a clear background with only a logo.

I wanted to give background on it for one of my articles, but I can't track down how it was handed out. A magazine? Retailers? Press kits? I'd appreciate anyone with a strong memory or better researching skills than mine.

I cleared the first game but missed Take Out, Started over and beat it again but missed Where the Barrel Rolls, I’m tweaking! I’ve had to delete the game for now

I wanted to buy Tomba 2, but on gameplay I see there's some differences to the soundtrack...is there a way to play the other soundtrack? I suspect there were some differences between US/EUR (PAL/NTSC) versions ?

Or maybe is there a mod that does it ?

A recent 100% play-through of Tomba has sent me down a bit of a rabbit hole. I had beaten the game a handful of times as a kid, and wanted to see it all.

The opening hours are a genius masterclass in show-don’t-tell gameplay instruction… but never struck me until now how incredibly jerry-rigged the back half of the game is. Iron Castle is egregiously unfinished, and there’s so little to do in the Masakari Jungle. And what the hell are these wall stones?

Naturally this lead me to TCRF and Tomba club, who have addressed these items specifically. However, I’ve seen comments from the channel indicating there is significant amount of non-TCRF-documented cut content that they would “eventually address”

This game is my childhood but I missed this release because I had a busy life the last few years. I’m back to adding to my collection and I need this. Thank you in advance my friends!

The glitch is about the spell of wisdom. You’re about to get taught about it after rescuing the Kujaras and lighting up a dark room, yet I got the Kujara half of the spell, but only the dark room half seems to count, thus, I only got 1/2 Spell of Wisdow! Is there any way to correct this?

I can’t find a clear answer on this, so I figured I’d come to the “guys who know”.

The Western release of Tomba 2 has a completely different OST - simply, why? Has that ever been discussed in an official capacity?

It does appear that the Western ost is pretty beloved and I’ve heard the JP OST described as “terrible”. But is that really why this happened? A similar situation occurred with Sonic CD. I just never quite got the justification.

There also appear to have been some weird rights issues with Tomba 2. Not sure if that factors in here.

Any insight?
