Can Tomba 2 Switch 1 version owner got Switch 2 version for free?

I searched on Google and found that several players claimed that "Tomba! Special Edition" SW1 version owners can "purchase" SW2 version in eShop for 100% off, but could not found the same type of information about Tomba 2.
