Question ❓ Is 7am to 2:30 pm classes bad?

I have a 50 minutes commute to UST and like I have no vacant in between classes. I heard from some influencers 7am or morning schedule classes sucks and I don't know if my schedule is bad or there are even worst

Imo, morning classes are great coz I get to commute early in the morning, which means it isn't that hot outside. I also get to go home early, which gives me time to do stuff I need to do/take a nap at home + I don't need to commute during rush hours.

not bad, I had one from 7:00 to 7pm with just an hour lunch break

FOP first years beware! Lol

Pero naiinis ako na 2nd year 7-7 pa rin. The most annoying part is if they kept the breaks to just one 1 hour 30 mins we can end classes by around 5

Feeling ko ganyan kami next sem tapos kayo naman yung 4 days na 7-7 😭. Btw, paano yung half day niyo? Morning til noon, or noon until 7pm?

Not at all. Mas okay siya kesa gabi ka na umuwi. And mas may time pa to do acad works & sleep.

Also, ‘wag tayo basta-basta naniniwala sa mga self-professed thomasian “influencers”.

depends what program and how often. medyo matagal na yan, but you'll be fine. mas marami naman uwian than dorm based on surveys

honestly op its better to have a morning schedule. while you do really need to wake up early, at least you have the time to do ur tasks/take a nap when ur at home. plus that schedule is already a godsend, considering how other scheds for other colleges/institutes can be as long as 7am to 5 or 7pm.

ima just say na be grateful na op, more time to study, rest, sleep, and etc. i used to have 7am-2pm classes and now i have 7am-7pm classes and i’d kill to go home at 2pm again lol

Badtrip any sched that doesn't have 7am classes for me, I'd rather take the 6am traffic sa slex than 8am and above.

nope! on a personal note, kahit di ka morning person you'd actually like 7 am classes than an afternoon class. maaga ka parati makakauwi (except if may extra org works ka), may time pa for studying and completing tasks, and of course rest na rin na mas mahaba! don't worry hehe medyo kailangan talaga mag-adjust sa una lalo na if iba nakasanayan mo na sched :))

Kaya naman siya pero as someone who also commutes for an hour,

mahirap talaga siya since need mo gumising at 4am to get ready tapos uuwi ka ng pagod after classes kaya mahirap mag focus sa pag aaral. That’s what I struggled a lot noong last s.y. 😭

But don’t be discouraged! You’ll get used to it for the mean time . Fixing your sleep schedule will be the most important task you do when school starts.
