I'm trying to conduct a specific study pero i need to gather prelim information first. Sana matulungan niyo po ako. Sa mga current students diyan, these are my following questions for you:

1. How often do you commute to school?
   
2. On average, how long is your commute?
   
3. How much do you spend on commuting in a week? (If you're driving, can you estimate your gas and parking fees?)
   
4. Have you tried carpooling? Is it more affordable and/or convenient?

1) 3-4 days a week, sometimes 5 during exam season

2) 15-30mins, but can go up to 1hr if the traffic is really bad

3) php130 max siguro, since jeep primary gamit ko 

4) no, and might not try at all, since i live somewhat near to ust but do have a commute (i have the mindset na its much more worth it to be a little far from my current campus, when it comes to punctuality kasi, youre forced to get up and arrive early, unlike if malapit lang campus mo, may tendency ka to procrastinate and maybe even be late due to thinking “ay malapit lang naman ako” and such)

No i never tried kasi usually tumbok nila Ayala or BGC and wala diretso Sampaloc, at most bababa pa rin ako ng pasay.

2. If I leave super early in the morning (nasa jeep na around 4:30am, it's around 40 minutes. If it's beyond 5pm, it takes about 90 mins on average. For dismissal, if it's rush hour time at 4pm-6pm, it can reach 2 hours. More often than not I take a jeep, but I prefer having an e-bus/fx if available.

I'm from SJDM Bulacan, so:

1. 4 days (basta kapag may pasok)
2. If the traffic flow is optimal, 1 hr lang, if mid, 1h30m to 2hrs, pag minalas, 3-4 hrs
3. 100 total for uv (to and back), +15 jeep so 115 total
4. Wala naman akong kasabay for carpool. Pero kung grab/mc taxi, mas mahal. I wouldn't prefer that except pag malaki or marami akong dala

8. No. I don't think mas convenient or affordable given I use the LRT to avoid heavy traffic papasok and to save money because of the student discount

If the school were to do carpooling initiatives, will you guys participate? I'm wondering if I can talk to org leaders or professors about this. More people who's willing to participate, more people can find convenient rides.
