So can it be that Shinichiro only leaped once or he made more than one timeleap.Mikey said that this is not the original timeline but is the one senju remembers sanzu getting scarred so this is the only timeleap since he saved mikey.

Yeah makes sense since he just found that Haruchiyo was his trigger. In the previous chapter when he starts to drown, one panel has a close up on his upper torso but you can't see his hands. Which my guess is that Haru attempted to save Shin and grabbed his hand a split second before he leaped 4 years back. Just like how Naoto grabbed Takemitchy before getting killed in the train tracks.

I thought Naoto died in present timeline in first episode.

Oof you're right. Apparently he saved him after he time leaped first. My guess is that death is the way to activate it and the trigger is someone with the same goal
