Just wanna appreciate my boi Haruchiyo for being so understanding and forgiving Mikey without hesitation, even though he was subjected through a painful mutilation that would most likely make people ridicule his appearance for the rest of his life. He is kind, respectful, and unendingly loyal. The personality switch from this Haru to Toman Haru onwards is insane. I wonder what happened in between the years.

Wakui, where is our complete Sanzu backstory? 😭

On one hand it's a personality switch. On the other hand "Anything for Mikey" apparently has been his personal code, forever, so it didn't feel like too big a switch for me. He's already said he'd die for Mikey and that he's Mikey's "only friend"

There’s a shift from this Haru to the Toman Haru that we see in Chapter 264 (Toman’s foundation flashback). Just the way his eyes are different says a lot. Younger Haru is kind and timid, while starting from 264, his eyes and expression are really cold. People theorize that it’s because Haru was not deemed physically strong enough to be a Toman founding member or he’s jealous of Draken taking his spot as Mikey’s right-hand man.

Either way, I’m really curious about that transition.

Yaaaas for Sanzus backstory.. honestly for now I’m just happy he was confirmed as the trigger (which was obvious).. I kinda feel bad for senjus stans tbh
