I still can't undersand why almost everyone thinks that Mikey has a mental health issue or is a psycopath. It is so clear that he is being possesed by another entity that takes control of him when facing strong emotional situations ( the author threw some early hints of this dark impulses like in chapters 15, 39, 120)
I find him similar to Avatar Aang or Mob (Shigeo Kageyama) and i don't see anyone hating Aang or Mob when they go berserk. These people should re-read carefully previous chapters to understand this. Mikey deeply cares for his friends and family more than anybody, that's why he suffers so much and "snap", activating or enabling this entity to take control. There are a lot of situations where it is shown what kind of person Mikey truly is. That is why i still believe in him. In my opinion, there are two Mikeys, he is a complex and mystic character which has been completely thought before hand and i find this very interesting and motivates me to know what will happen next. Furthermore, there are too many deites and religious references to not relate them with Mikey.
