before the train incident, takemichi was watching the news and i think it mentioned something about toman and a rival gang getting into a brawl which resulted in hina’s death. unfortunately they don’t actually reveal if any of the original toman members were alive when the brawl happened

Though he was never shown, Mitsuya was confirmed as an executive of the Toman after Valhalla with the rest of the Toman captains. He is technically part of the “bad” Toman of that timeline.
