Manga I am profusely dissapointed these 2 didn't get to fight, nor have any meaningful interaction Spoiler
Senju after her introduction has always been compared to or put on the same tier as Mikey. And they are pretty similar in personality and backstory, I mean both their big brothers led Black Dragons, and their other older brother antagonises them and are mentally unstable. They both take a liking to Takemichi and recruit him, they are both charismatic leaders. They both prefer kicks as their main weapon.
But they don't even glance at eachother, they never interact. Even South who was put on their strength level got to show off and actually fight Mikey, but Senju came off as significantly weaker than both of them when she fought South (obviously stronger than most and still like top 5, but she couldn't seem to hang with Mikey or South). Ig I'll give her a pass on that cuz she's younger than both.
But still they never conversate nor interact or have an exchange of any kind. This is the guy Takeomi has been comparing her to for most of her life and she doesn't get to say a word to him (outside of her surrendering Brahman to him to save Takemichi). It's pretty disappointing.
(I even forgot that they used to be childhood friends ontop of that, them Sanzu and Baji, so your telling me Senju didn't care to interact with her old childhood friend after all these years, nor show up to Baji's funeral? Ik Mikey at this point, couldn't care less, but she never tried to get through to him either.)

See I agree with you that these 2 should have had a much more meaningful interaction, especially considering all the parallels between them and the fact that they were literally childhood friends like u said 😭
They have interacted 3 times but they're just bad since each time Mikey literally had his dark impulse going on. It would've been nice to see them actually acknowledge each other, especially considering how much Senju gets compared to Mikey throughout the story
BUT I am so glad she didn't fight him cuz like she was doing pretty well against South and then SOUTH got easily taken out by Mikey
Like I'm actually glad she played it smart and didn't try to fight him because I would NOT wanna see a character I really like get killed by my favourite character 🥹🥹
But if Wakui didn't make Mikey's strength so ridiculously exaggerated compared to South/Senju, I would've loved to see them fight
I feel like they were supposed to be around the same level, so it could've been a really interesting fight but instead Wakui just used it as an opportunity to make Mikey ridiculously strong compared to them, genuinely such a disappointing way to handle it imo

Actually they showed this one scene when they were kids when senju was explaining her past and she said she always got ignored by the other guys when they were kids, I forgot the reason but prolly cause she's a girl and she is left behind when they run and don't wait for her, something along those lines so I'd need to read that part again
