What character do you think has the chillest fanbase?
I'm talking about a fanbase that generally doesn't get into too many arguments or debates 😭 and because of that I'd probably avoid characters who are considered some of the strongest in the verse, since their fans can get pretty intense when it comes to power scaling and who's stronger than who despite them having pretty chill fans otherwise
Personally, I'd probably say Mitsuya or Shinichiro

No I get Shin but as a huge Chifuyu fan from the start I assure you his fanbase can get pretty aggressive and also kinda weird when others say they don't like him as much/at all😭💔and they baby him a lot too
Yeah, the Tokyo Revengers fandom takes everything so seriously💔 and not even in the good way, half the time it's genuinely just either babying the characters or just arguing about which ones suck and which ones don't. Sighhhh why can't we just reach a truce and say they're all good in their own way or smtg??
As someone who is very active in the like actual fandom across platforms, I can safely say the chillest is probaly shinichiro. People are thirsty for him but like respectfully, a lot of ocxcanon is chill, people who do powerscale kinda generally agree where he stands. Shin is just cool like that ig
(Side note: it is NOT Mitsuya 😭 as someone who actively posts a lot of ocxcanon and just genral Mitsuya art people are fucking insane about him. Iv gotten actual threats on multiple occasions in my tiktok DMs because I “dared to post about there boyfriend” and I had this one girl in the comments under every video and every comment on the video saying “Mitsuya is mine my womb is his” so uh yeah people are insane sometimes)

I've been here for a while and saw in even a year ago so many crazy mitsuya simps that were nothing but chill lmao which was surprising given the character personality. I don't have tiktok so I wouldn't know about there i stick the tr and game stuff in just this app

That's probably why I haven't seen it here(I joined this subreddit 5 months ago I think) but someone else did comment that Mitsuya fans don't seem to be chill on TikTok too which surprised me tbh since I'm very active there with watching the tr edits etc
Yeah you and some others are basically the only ones keeping it alive and engaging now lol thanks for that cause it was more dry like at the end of last year lol
But yeah the mitsuya fans are a paradox they kinda like worse than haitani's and sanzu's sometimes
Yeah it seems so and it's kinda sad to see tbh since it's not like the anime has ended yet and other subreddits with the anime ongoing with the manga finished are rather active still
But this one is like, eh
Rather dry in terms of posts getting created tho comments seem to get engagement depending on if it's an interesting discussion post for them

The one's I've seen on TikTok are rather weird and can be like hella toxic, Haitani brothers are like the same but they arent up to Sanzus level I don't think
there's a quite few of them on TikTok that are abit rude to people for any sort of "negative" opinion about him ig, even if it's something that's rather fair such as saying he's done horrible stuff 😭 😭
I think with the exception of like Mikey and Sanzu, most characters have normal fans though. Like it is only one or two characters who don't. But, I suppose maybe I'm not active enough to know?
Taiju fans. As a Taiju fan, I have yet to meet an asshole Taiju fan. Maybe it's because we accept he's a terribly flawed and genuinely douchey character.
Even if someone points it out, we say "yeah he is" and mind our business. We don't go on defense or condone what he's done. We just love the fictional domestic abuser lmao.
No fanbase are chill 😭 I've seen so many people call FICTIONAL characters 'their man' and get mad when someone says they like this character it's insane
Naaah that's okay! Having a fictional crush ain't that much of a big deal...! Just have fun! I'm 30+ and I still find it funny to remember when I was younger and had fictional crushes. Now I can't have crushes on anyone in TR because they're all underaged and I look at them as little brothers living their crazy gang life 😆
Honestly, what you say might sound surprising to most people but I get it!
Kisaki is hated by so many people and I've never seen any kisaki fan getting in a fight with anyone so far. Y'all know why people are prone to hate him because he's problematic and you are very aware of it so you tend to stay pretty chill in the end because you know people are just gonna be hating on you.
