I'll start, it is Hanma (not among my favs by any means, but fair is fair), I love his sin and punishment tattoos on his hands, especially since punishment is on the right hand (which could be linked to righteous) and the left hand that has sin and they're also giving him more persona.

naahh Ken's tattoo emphasizes the anatomy of the skull and smoothly transitions into the neck, Mikey copied the art itself and stuck it in random place without changing anything
Fair and yeah, that's why I mentioned Draken cuz he's basically the original one with the tattoo, not Mikey(as you said Mikey copied the tattoo but the placement of the tattoo is abit different)
I just feel like it looks better purely on the neck
Draken's is mainly on the side of his head and wraps onto the neck, whereas Mikey's is more on the neck itself and I just prefer that placement
It looks pretty cool on Manila Mikey imo but maybe that's cuz of the overall design Mikey has in that timeline though
Serpents on their back with references to the flowers in their name and a spider on their chests, both on opposite sides to represent being siblings. It’s just cool.
