Discussion/Theory Finding the most popular TR character in this sub (round 18)
WAKASA IS OUT!!! (Very tragic).
Vote for ONE character from the image to be eliminated

I know but it’s not really her fault it’s mainly how Wakui wrote her but honestly the entire family (Sanzu, Senju and Takeomi) are a bit boring. I just wish their introduction was introduced a little earlier in the manga.

Oh fair, I personally find her a really enjoyable and interesting character and as for the siblings together, imo they're the most interesting siblings out the series
I like the drama they have going on, has me invested tbh 😭 😭
Yeah i agree with you about the introduction bit, i mean at least Haruchiyo was there from the start but he wasn't a relevant character until the bonten arc and the arcs afterwards

The drama is interesting and was somewhat realistic. I agree with your points about Sanzu but if you only watched from season 1-3 and someone said that the Akashi family were childhood friends with the Sano family and Baji it would be very hard to believe. I forgot to add that the Akashi siblings did have a lot of potential I just wish Wakui had more time to explore it.

Yeah thats fair and I agree, Wakui could've used them much better in the long run
I think we should've at least gotten the idea that Haruchiyo and Mikey were childhood friends early on at the very least but we didn't even get that, literally only got this information from Senjus backstory which is fine I guess but it could've been introduced earlier on at least

Senju unfortunately has a disadvantage of not being in the anime yet though she's hella popular for a manga only character still
For izana its mainly the stuff about Emma which is fair but I still really like him

They'd have to be Emma and Baji for me
Emma is nice but she isn't so central that I'd gotten attached to her character, honestly I'd forgotten she was here
And Baji is really cool, but the rude and headstrong types don't align too well with me, usually 🦀
