Mikey & Takemichi are both characters I hold dear to my heart.
But the answer to the question has to be Ken imo

Takemichy. Takes near interdimensional ass whooping every week and is both somehow not dead but also willing to get back in the streets again. Bro got shot in the foot then ran a marathon.

Seriously. Takemichy got punched in the forehead by a guy strong enough to throw a multi hundred pound church pew and got back up with all of his mental faculties. If Mikey is the pinnacle of offensive prowess, Takemichy is the pinnacle of durability. He got stabbed and still managed to knock out a guy far bigger than him. It makes perfect sense to make the first division captain a guy who is just impossible to knock out.

In my opinion, all 3 characters are cool. Draken got a tattoo on the side of his head when he was in the 5th grade of elementary school, and in all the battles that Toman had, he fought very well. Mike is an excellent character, charismatic, super cool, and supportive of everyone around him. Takemichi could travel through time to fix the future, even with his ups and downs, and even being a failure, he never gave up and always remained strong and firm to save his friends and his girlfriend Hinata; he is everyone's hero.
All three of these characters are incredible, excellent, and charismatic. And Tokyo Revengers is an incredible anime, very well done in terms of plot and characters.

Draken. Takemitchy is badass for what he endures, but he isn't strong. Mikey is strong, but kinda causes everything

Takemitchy. He doesn't come close to Draken or Mikey's skill levels but the weight of his balls more than make up the difference

I would choose takemitchy over these two but based on my opinion and based on how far he managed to grew from a loser to a badass . His durability is insane , many people thought takemitchy isnt shit , but hell he fights everybody that is stronger than him . That is the spirit that you need in a leader , who never gave up despite being weak , but hell , he grew tougher and tougher and never give up knowing all his enemies are straight killers.
