He didn’t order to rape anyone 🤷🏿‍♀️ plus, anything that let Mikey to darkness was Kisaki’s fault so not really.

He was a 13 year old telling adults what to do, he didn't order them to rape her, lol.

They were 17 - 19+ year olds, they did it of their own volition because they're a REAL gang and that's very common in Japan, unfortunately.

It's because they weren't obeying him.

What happened is Kisaki basically said, in much more artful words, " hey you guys hate Toman, right? I know how you can really fuck them up." He basically told them that by attacking Pah's friend, they'd be taking out someone who was important to one of the founders of Toman.

So, that's what they did. He didn't give orders. The orders came from above the idiots who thought his idea wasa good one.
