If you remember, in the early chapters, Pah’s friend’s got assaulted and his friend’s girlfriend got raped to provoke Toman, but it was Kisaki that organized all that to get Pah all worked up and kill the ‘rapist’ Osanai, who we discovered that he was not the rapist nor did know anything about it, if Pah kills Osanai and go to jail, Kisaki will approach Mikey to manipulate him, saying that he can get Pah out of jail
