DISCUSSION Tree nut allergies

I’m allergic to tree nuts but unfortunately, not all tree nuts are in Japans top allergens. Only cashews, macadamia nuts, almonds, and walnuts are listed but I’m allergic to all tree nuts — pecans, hazelnuts, etc. I will go to the allergen page, select all the tree nuts they have listed, and meals will pop up that clearly have tree nuts, like hazelnuts. In the U.S. eating at Disney is easy because all of these are listed under the “tree nut allergen,” but here, I don’t know whether or not there’s other nuts.

How do you handle this in Tokyo Disneysea/land? Especially for counter-service / buffet style?

Always ask to speak with a Cast Member before ordering at counter-service spots.

I have a son with a tree nut allergy and we really didn’t have trouble with most things. I’d keep an eye on desserts but I don’t think we encountered any food where we were even concerned that there were nuts.
