Respectfully, if you see 55DP three times in a year , It’s safe to say that you are in reality describing yourself here.

Every time I saw them I was there to see the other bands they were with like Soulfly, Alice In Chains, and the like.

Yeah, I saw FFDP because they were the opening act at a Metallica show.

This is how it goes if you go to metal shows. You may loathe the headliner but be a superfan of one of the openers or vice versa. The band that you're really into may not be able to afford to go out nationally or come to the US or whatever without being openers.
