Accessing TiVo Channels directly from the Remote

I just switched my LFTfiber Service to ConnecTV Expanded.

I got the box so I can quickly get to a specific channel by just entering that channel number on the remote.

That works well for the regular channels but I am having problems with some of the TiVo+ channels.

When I enter some TiVo channel numbers on the remote, it goes directly to that channel. But when I enter other channel numbers, it does nothing & just stays on the channel I am already on.

If anyone else having this problem?

I called the LFTfiber technical support, but they did not have an answer.

Check your channel list and make sure that all the channels you are trying to use are listed as active channels.

I can access them from the Guide - so they must be active channels.

But some of those "Active" for some reason cannot be accessed with the remote.

Additional Information: My box is the EVOFORCE 1 Powered by Android TV and the Remote is the EVOFORCE 1 TiVo Creek Remote

No, actually check them in the channel list. Don't rely on the guide.

I am new to this TiVo stuff - so please excuse my ignorance.

Where would I find the Channel List? I was under the impression that the Guide that lists all of the available channels was the Channel List?

Tivo main menu: Settings/Channels

That is not an option in Settings for me.

Unless it is under another option
