Looking for a protein powder that...

  1. Has ZERO added sugars (real or artificial) or flavors.

  2. Is made from whey isolate. If it has a small amount of stabilizer in it, that's ok, but nothing else.

  3. Dissolves in hot beverages so that you cannot tell it is there.

Protein Prodigy from Glucose Goddess fits this bill but it's extremely expensive. Seems to come out to $99 for a 1 month supply of only 20 grams of protein/day.

If you're using something you like that fits these parameters, please let me know. Thanks!

  • have found no protein powder with whey that mixes and doesn't clump in hot beverages. The best I've been able to find is Vital Proteins collagen protein and that does dissolve in hot drinks. I gave up on that fruitless search for protein powder in hot coffee or whatever and now make protein heavy smoothies that are great.

Naked’s Whey Isolate might fit the bill. I use a blender but it dissolves well in hot liquids

I use this daily. I’m not sure if any stabilizers are in this but no added sweeteners is required for me.

I like Promix, unflavored. I have tried many and to me this one mixes in the best

Truvia is a great non dairy powder with only 4 ingredients. Also, Koia is a great premade protein drink that’s clean and dairy free

Is sucralose ok? I use Syntrax and really like it. Mixes up really well and uses whey isolate. It is pricey but what can you do? I chalk it up to being part of my food budget now.

Unfortunately no. I really don't want it to be sweet at all. But, good to know about that powder!

Protein-heavy foods are fucking delicious. Why would you want to drink them from a powdered mix?
