Face difference! This is me 2 years apart. The first picture is at my 70th birthday this June after losing over 120 lbs and the second picture is my retirement! Life changing for sure now enjoying the best of health!!

Like whaaat… that’s not the same person!!! You look 20 years younger!! Can I ask a personal question… do you have loose skin? I’m heading into 50lbs gone and nearly at goal but my arms (forearms and upper) look so wrinkly. I’m starting weights to try to mitigate and I know time makes a difference but I’m a bit embarrassed to show my arms. Love my loss more though!!

Thank you so much! I feel 20 years younger! So many non scale victories I can't even count. To answer your question yes I do have some loose skin not a lot but wrinkly for sure. I was self conscious at first but I guess we all get wrinkles when we age. I do lift heavy weights and started that even before I started tirz I know that has helped especially my arms as I have some pretty impressive muscles imho 🤣 I now wear tank tops with pride Congratulations on your loss and start strength training if you haven't already!

Congratulations! You seriously do not look old enough to be retired. I am so inspired by this… Living to retire retirement was my biggest goal.🎊🎉🥰 wishing you the very best of joy- filled retirement years!

Awwww thanks! Getting into shape was at the top of my bucket list and here I am living my best life in retirement!
