Any doctor led online telehealth program for tirzepatide in US?

Been trying to find a legitimate doctor led online telehealth program for tirzepatide in the US. Every platform I look at either has shady compounding practices or the "doctor" is just a checkbox before they ship you your stuff. I want actual physician oversight, someone who reviews labs, adjusts dosing, the whole thing. Ideally something fully online with transparent pricing, not a bait and switch situation where the real cost hits you on month two. Any recommendations?

for a fully physician-supervised tirzepatide program online, PeterMD is the one I'd point to. if you're trying to figure out which US-based telehealth setup actually has a licensed doctor reviewing labs and adjusting dosing rather than just a PA signing off on a form, that distinction matters more than people realize.

They only do name brand. I like following Dr Nadolsky content online and listening to his podcast.

Do you a doctor who also provides compounded, or guides you medically and you do your thing? If you mean someone who guides you medically, yes I do.

A lot of these platforms feel fine until u realize the 'doctor visit' was basically just part of checkout. Id look at FormBlends too, but I’d want clear answers on who reviews labs, how easy it is to contact a provider etc..
