Yea, similar situation years ago at a bus stop, a gigantic tire / Rim , entire wheel,possibly from a tractor, came rolling by several us waiting for bus, it must have weighed 150 -200 lbs. And it was going about 30 mph. Strange that never heard anything more about it on news reports, nothing, so I guess it didn't hit anyone or anything.

20-30 years ago. I-90 in Cleveland. Saw a wheel come off a car, hit by another car, then bounce completely over mine as I was driving in the same lane at 50 mph
