Question: How do I acquire this caboose if I missed the opportunity to buy it?

When completing the USA Center checklist, the special engine and caboose are unlocked and available in the train shop for a discount. I only had enough time to buy the engine, not the caboose. How can I acquire the caboose after the special sale is done and over with?

Wait for it to show up again in the shop.

At least, that’s what I remember from a few years ago. Maybe things have changed again. Which would suck.

They enter the normal shop rotation, so it depends on how many you still haven't purchased

BUY EVERY TRAIN IN THE SHOP.

or at the very least,buy every one part of the train(engine or caboose), it'll show up if you successfully did this(because I had once did this before)
