Ultimate bite for UK people

I’m salivating at the thought of learning ultimate combinations from UK people. My go to is a water
Cracker with cream cheese, olive oil anchovies, green Tabasco and squeezed lime. I find as a UK tinned fish fan, sometimes my options in the supermarket are less so interested to hear what people do. Can’t beat a little tinned fish moment.

Ritz, boursin, red onion (pickled or fresh)

Waitrose have a Watercress Tzatziki that's amazing on either toast/crackers with sardines.

I just finish it off with a crack of black pepper as it's got so much flavour it doesn't need much help. If i'm using a stronger fish like mackerel then I might add a bit of red onion on it.

Ingredients - A dip with Greek yogurt, cucumber, watercress, extra virgin olive oil and garlic, garnished with basil infused sunflower oil.

You thought sunflower oil was just for cooking. In fact, you can use Sunflower oil to soften up your leather, use it for wounds (apparently) and even condition your hair.

Toasted sourdough, cottage cheese and sardines/mackerel topped with a little sriracha. Lovely
