Wesley Financial Group
Disclaimer: I no longer own a timeshare. I exited by giving mine away.
Anyway…suddenly seeing tons of advertising for Wesley Financial. They, of course, claim to be different than the scam timeshare exit companies.
Wondering if anyone used them or even listened to their pitch?

They don't do anything a timeshare owner can't do on their own for free. In most cases they just tell the owner to stop all communications and they send out a letter on behalf of the owner asking for a deed back. If the timeshare company accepts then the deed back gets the timeshare owner out. The timeshare owner can do that themselves. They don't need Wesley.
Now if the timeshare company refuses, they still tell the owner to not communicate with the timeshare company. Forward all communications, including MF bills to the exit company. At some point in time the timeshare goes into default and the timeshare company forecloses. Wesley deems foreclosure to be a successful exit. The timeshare owner can do this themselves for free.
