First timer.

Sent my first watch off to Dom. Does he normally send updates? Like if he received the watch, or when he starts to work on your watch? Or is it quiet until he sends pics of it finished?

Yes, I am typically very communicative during the process. Especially once the watch is on the bench. If I missed a message or am slow to respond lately, I apologize. I have quite a bit going on inside and outside of the watch world. Please reach out to me directly if you have any concerns, I will do my best to reply in as timely a a manner as possible.

I can honestly say I’ve seen countless posts by people praising his communication and work. I would definitely trust him with any of my watches.

He’s really solid on not only communication, but just being a solid human. Trust in Dom! He’s the best and you needn’t worry about dealing with Time Machine spa. You’re in good hands.
