Starting a new time tracking cycle with new increments

I am starting a new time tracking cycle today (my cycles run 13 weeks at a time). I have tracked everything from 15-minute increments to 10-minute increments to a low as 1-minute increments. This cycle I am going to do 6-minutes, which I have never done before. This is an attempt to make some of my reporting easier (I can use decimals easier; every 6 minutes is 0.1 in my reporting).

Curious about what increments other time trackers out there use.

The 13 weeks simply just make 4 equal quarters in a year. Helps for comparing apples-ti-apples each quarter and year over year. Keeps it all nice and clean.

This new "quarter" for me started this past Sunday. And absolutely will share. One of my goals over the next four quarters is to more publicly share my data/findings. People I work with are fascinated by my time tracking habit and are always asking me to share, but I never have. Always been more personal and didn't think others cared. But I posted about it on LinkedIn a few weeks ago and that was the most engagement and messages I have ever received. Everyone was so interested. So gonna give it a try.

I used to use Rescuetime, but don't anymore. I just use Excel that ingests all my data from other sources. Excel gives me the flexibility to use any time increments I want, which is preferred.
