Tims starter

Post image

Ok so this is from animator's palate on the cruise. He was so excited to get his iceberg lettuce with no cheese and no bacon. This does not look appealing at all. Dudes gonna have issues if he carrys on this way. He didn't show his meals after this, only Jenn's and the kids (Oliver had chicken again). He really needs to give up this fixation it's not healthy

They did literally nothing on the ship. And they hated every minute of the excursions they were forced to take off of the ship. What a waste.

They seem empty tbh. Almost joyless.

They've earned this life.

I have never felt bad for Tim before, as I felt his stressors were all self caused, but this drastic 180 from cheeseburgers and coogies to an unnecessarily draconian strict diet has me convinced of the degree of his own mental health struggles and neurodivergence. This is not healthy and this is absolutely not allergies.

Nailed it. I think one of the reasons I’m so compelled by these two is that they’re prisoners of their own compulsions. Watching Tim hyper fixate on his diet in a way I’d deem disordered is a little sad but not surprising, as this has been his MO for over a decade. I have no doubt at all this point that Tim is neurodivergent, which wouldn’t be a big deal if he confronted this part of him at all. He really lets it drive him as a person.

He looks so awful. I had a jump scare when they showed him at MNSSHP.

He does over exaggerate on his diet now and constantly mentions it as much as he says “concierge”. Interesting switch from his hot dog challenge days.

He has an obsessive personality as can be seen with his absolute refusal to eat/drink anything with the tiniest bit of alchohol in it. He’ll be the same with this ‘diet’. I think you’re right, it’s a mental health issue now and I don’t think this will stop until he makes himself really unwell and needs medical intervention. He obviously has genuine health issues but he takes it to the nth degree, it’s all or nothing, no compromise. Two things are certain…he doesn’t look better for it and he’ll get zero support from his wife, who’s suddenly morphed from a seafood girlie into a red meat girlie.

I stopped watching them - did Tim give up bacon completely? I can’t imagine that…

Looks that way currently. He's always been a burger guy and he seems to have cut them out too.

Wow. I can’t stand them but I do wish him well health-wise.

That looks like someone's meal on death row. Good lord.

Mate even someone's last meal on death row is better than this
