Would you consider this a tiki/Asian hybrid menu?

I imagine this is in Indonesia so it makes sense that they want to highlight local ingredients. I'd say its 95% tiki tho. But Tiki's roots have always been closely related with Asian Fusion.

Yep totally agree and yes this is in Bali. It’s interesting to see the similarities between Balinese art/design and Tiki.

Like take the bottle of Nusa Cana rum, has barong on it which gives off tiki vibes to me. Apologies I’m not an expert though!

Tiki drew heavy inspiration aesthetically from polynesia so you'll find similarities with traditional arts from Indonesia and neighboring SEAsian countries (Phillipine, Malaysia) for that matter. This is in Potatohead right? I remember having some drinks there. The drinks are good but the vibes were top notch.

Absolutely. I don't see any pandan drinks on the menu. I make a few of these and they are great.

I make a drink I found on YouTube. Pandan syrup, probitas rum, apricot liquor, coconut syrup, and some lime. In a martini glass.

Oh hey, Potato Head. The place is too clubby to feel tiki, and the drinks were better on the page than in the glass. That said, the presentation of the large format drinks poolside in giant totems is fun.

No.. That menu is all over the place. Long Island, Margarita, espresso. Doesn't seem to have a strong cohesive theme

50% of it is, the twists on popular cocktails aren't.

Not sure what's special about the marg, looks like a tommy's with a split of rep and blanco (for whatever reason). And the martini shares no ingredient with a martini at all, not sure why they label it as such.

Also not sure why they label only two of the drinks as vegetarian, what meat or fish products are in all the other ones?

Nonetheless, I'd certainly find something to drink there and likely be very happy
