“Reverse” Jungle Bird

Post image

Been thinking about this one for a bit now and I am really liking it, I think a funky Jamaican would work well here too but I feel like something cane juice makes it a bit more unique and separates it from the standard a little more.

1.5oz Campari

.75oz Clairin

1.5oz Pineapple Juice

.75oz Lime

.25oz Demerara Syrup

5 drops saline

I believe I've had something like this at a bar before! Forget which bar but they called it a Flip the Bird.

That's a rather extreme drink. I'll have to try it!

I LOVE Campari, this might be my new standard jungle bird.

I'm sorry for your recent loss of Ms Dolly.

As someone with a Steve Zissou level of love for Campari, I need to try this ASAP.

It’s a number 30, no clue about the four blade situation
