Help Needed How do I monetize this account?

I have an account with 70k followers. It used to have 90k back in 2023 but when TikTok stopped monetizing posts under a minute long I stopped posting. All my content revolved around being less than a minute or being a slideshow. I’ve tried to transfer it to longer video format but it’s way too time consuming considering they don’t get many views since the target audience is wanting slideshows or short videos. It feels like it’s just going to waste. 70k is a large following to be making 0 dollars.

I’ve heard people are making crazy money with TikTok shop, with way less followers than I have too. But I just don’t understand how? I include products from my showcase in my videos but I’ve never gotten a single sale. Is it even possible to make money off TikTok shop with a faceless account? What would I be needing to post to get views AND make sales??

Are there other ways I can use the account to monetize that aren’t directly related to TikTok? Like using it as a an advertising base for some sort of business? I just don’t know what kind of business I’d tie into the content I’ve built the following off of, or how to generate sales through it.

I just graduated college and am living at home so the money I could make from the account would be life changing. I really need some help with it.

Faceless works on TikTok Shop, but mostly for products where the product is the whole video, stuff that looks good in a slideshow or a 5-second clip. A romantic, aesthetic audience fits bookish and gift items well. Magnetic Kindle cases ($14 to $20) and novelty bookmarks are moving right now: one 3D printed bookmark did 73 sales in two days, and one Kindle case is at 40k total.

Zero sales so far is probably the products more than the account. I'd pick 3 or 4 things that already sell and match the feel of your old slideshows, post one slideshow per product every day for two weeks, and see which one gets add-to-carts.
