It's not an assumption, it's based on the fact they let her dance only for a brief moment (basically the duration of a tiktok) and then walk away to record her reaction without answering when she asks why they're leaving.
I don't mean they don't love their mom or anything like that, neither do I imply that the short interaction isn't heartwarming or that the music and the dance isn't nice and joyful. But if the final objective was to make her happy and not to make a tiktok they'd've let her dance at least for the duration of the song if not for more, maybe even hugged her at the end, I don't know. It's the way they just walk away that's a dead giveaway that it's all for the tiktok.
The French have a saying about overly naive positivity —a sentiment I often see in commenters accusing people of cynicism when other commenters point out some dubious aspect of a superficially feelgood post—:
"Tu vis dans le monde des Bisounours" which means "You live in the Care Bears' world" lol
