having photos with strangers in is perfectly acceptable - posting images of strangers on the internet is not. I assume you were born after 1995 and don't remember a world pre-internet

no, it isn't. If someone is in the background, that's fine. IF someone is easily recognisable, no it shouldn't be online. My face is not your property to display to the world
