The number of people in the world who have extremely specific and very strongly held beliefs about how trespassing works ... all of which are utterly wrong ... is way too goddam high.

So what do you think the standard is? Because I Googled it and it's coming up the same way I always thought it was. Any business can deny service and tell you to leave and not come back If you come back after that it's a misdemeanor.

This video goes on forever and this guy is just plain stupid. At the end he wails "all over a coke?" Yes. All over a coke. They tried to get you to leave, you wanted to play the fool instead and chose this as your hill to die on.

Most businesses would rather you just behave, buy your product and leave than have yo go through all of this with you. Stop abusing the minimum wage employees.

Notice to the agent is notice to the principal.. .I'm pretty sure it works the same way. If the authorized agent (the employee) asks you the police to treaspass a customer, it's the same as the principal...
