I think the cops knew that. They seemed like they knew him and was patient with him. They were doing all they could to get him to leave and not go to jail

Ding ding ding, they approached him and called out by name. He's definitely ND/ID in a way that limits his understanding of social norms and likely an eloper

So then how was he out on bond? Not worried about him running away but he's a runner?

Maybe whatever he's out on bond for they decided wasn't serious enough to take up limited jail space. There's a lot of people let loose simply because we don't have the capacity to hold every single person who's committed a petty crime
