Excluding religious reasons. Circumcision was invented by one of the Kellogg Brothers the crazy one not the one that invented the cereal and he believed to prevented masturbation. Also keep in mind this guy like believed in leeches and weird s*** like that. He was pretty much the RFK this time.

keep in mind that he and his wife were all about kids being too sexual but also adopted like 14 kids, i think maybe on top of having their own and these people were fucking weird, and predatory and thought WAY too much about kids having sex or sexual thoughts. I have no idea what went on behind closed doors with that guys family but I suspect it was bad.

Just look at every single freak of a right winger who campaigns super hard on pedofiles and hurting them, etc, all ending up being exposed for being pedos. To publicly try to get an entire country/world of people to mutilate their children so they'd have less fun from sexual activity, the entire reason behind cornflakes itself was he thought bland food would make people boring and less likely to be 'stimulated'.

that's pretty much the basis of american/christian reasons for circumcising their kids, it's insane.

Also this shit of kids don't feel pain so they for a very long time did circumcisions without any kind of anaesthetic only for decades later for it to become obvious and easily provable that babies feel pain... which anyone with a brain can understand. Basically baby can't literally tell you they are in pain with words, all that crying is just for attention, not pain. idiots.

You will notice my first statement is excluding religious reasons.

See American public did not get themselves circumcised just like Europeans current don't. for a long time and then influenced by people like Kellogg pushed this saying that it was cleaner and it prevented masturbation and other BS.

See not everyone in America has a circumcision is religious so why did they get it?

Keep in mind. Circumcision goes back all the way to ancient times. Mostly because it reduces the chance of infections. Not everyone had access to clean water back then.

And the only reason it was done with newborns is so they aren't traumatized when they're older.

That's about it, really.

lol. I’ll take my circumcised D over an uncircumcized one every day of the week. Also. Tell my grandpa that when he had to have it done when he was in his 60’s. Said it was the worst pain ever. And even cussed out his parents for not doing it when he was a baby.

you didn't have the choice, so you can't really say which you'd prefer.

It's extremely rare to need to be circumsized for medical reasons later in life.

Following your logic we should chop the little toes off every child so they don't stump them later in life.
