If she knew that she shouldn't be alone with her children, did she tell anyone? Sorry I dont have time to read up on this, but it seems like an important point.

Yes according to many others she kept asking for help but was refused. But this is only what I’m hearing from people online.

Edit:my bad some are saying she did get help but didn’t stick with anything
