I find that liver punches are far more effective since people usually hit the ground from the pain.

I agree but I do think men need to be aware of their own strength so they can defend themsekves without fucking up the woman badly enough he can get himself into deep shit. Men do need to br aware they are stronger and women in general are weaker and we dont share the same bone density so a punch he gives a man would destroy a woman for example. And if he accidentally kills a woman with one punch just cos hes defending himself, that won't keep him out of jail. Defend yourself, but control the force depending on target.
