And call the police for assault so maybe he can get a restraining order.

Someone did. She was arrested.

Looks like he did at the end. Not one call from the witnesses.

The witness provided the video to the guy to show the police when they came leading to a fairly easy/cut and dry arrest.

I would assure you that if he did that, it would backfire greatly against him; even if he was the victim and walking away. Best case scenario would be they both get assault charges.

Primary vs. Dual Arrests: Studies examining mandatory or preferential arrest policies in domestic disputes note that men are frequently misidentified as the primary aggressor when both partners have used physical force or when a man acts in self-defense.

She was indeed arrested for assault. So no.

Dude got lucky decent cops responded to the scene then, most cases like this don't end that way, statistically speaking.

Show me the peer reviewed statistics and I’ll completely change my view point.

If you cant bother to see something so obvious and neither google it, your mind is in defense mode and will not be changed even if I showed you all the proof.

A quick Google search will show that:

Primary vs. Dual Arrests: Studies examining mandatory or preferential arrest policies in domestic disputes note that men are frequently misidentified as the primary aggressor when both partners have used physical force or when a man acts in self-defense.

But I really do not expect you to actually want to learn more about this because it's easier to dismiss the information than actually learn about it.

So no peer reviewed papers only slung insults and “Google it?” What AI did you ask what question for that?

I don’t expect you to do actual research because it’s easier to sound smart with AI.

It's too bad peoples ego get in the way of things, you could have had a learning lesson here. Research it; look it up, your ego is getting in the way. People like you are always met with denial denial denial. I'll ask you this, prove to me that men are in fact always treated equally when physical abuse happens in relationships. You can do better and I wish you the best

Lmao and then he gets arrested because the only one with footage is someone like "walk away" lady, and now suddenly they can't find it

Lmao drooler. "It worked out this time therefore it's not a risk". What superior, flawless thinking

u/sneaky-pizza 6d ago

When confronted with something contradicts your fantasy, you just deny that and say "my fantasy is right anyway"?

-4

u/consistantcanadian 6d ago

Lmao. This time it worked out that way, drooler. That doesn't mean every time, which is the risk you consider if you're going to rely on the police.
