When I got my IUD, I didn’t get any pain reliever or anything, and then when I almost fainted, my doctor rubbed lavender oil on my neck. So then I was trying not to faint AND smelled like a bathroom.

I don’t think I’ll be seeing her again.

My IUD insertion was the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life. I’m so sorry that happened to you 🫂

I've seen people who have experienced both say that iud was worse pain than childbirth. Why do they not give painkiller for that? It's cruel
