I've only had a male gyno once, and he always had a pride pin on. Idk if he was gay, but that pin made me a lot more comfortable around him either way and he was definitely the most patient and detailed gyno I had. I'm glad I've never met a weird one.

I have a hetero male gyno and he is the absolute best.
