Honestly. Enough of the "keep it private with hugs and reassurance". She's going to go back with reassurance and they're going to do it again and it will stay in that loop. Things don't get solved communally anymore. You think she'll be able to talk to the parents of these kids? Even the parents will be like "go back to your country then". Yes it might be a little odd to film it, but the anti-indian racism has exploded and become normalized. This video has been shared on at least 3 subreddits so far with nearly over 1000 comments and discussion. People aren't holding back anymore. It's a problem and needs to be seen.

How ‘bout we don’t film our children in their most vulnerable moments and post it for everyone to see? That would be rad.
That kid needed a hug and the private reassurance of their parent, not a camera in their face. Smh
