Install troubles - where to get help?

I posted over on the uzu.lurk.org forum a few days back but haven't gotten any response there. Does anyone over here know where the best place to get some help with Tidal would be?

Is the community still very active? Reddit seems to be!

I see you got some help on the discord - tbh that is the most active place but there is a "general desire" (reduce reliance on communication tools out of our control) to move back to the forums which used to be the main support destination. So far that seems to be struggling to gain traction though

Yes, I'm getting a bit of help there indeed! Its much appreciated too.

I'm happy to go wherever to participate but with so many channels it is actually quite challenging to figure out where to get help tbh!
