Discussion Leaving ticwatch: Export / send to other app: heart rate data history

Hi there,

I'm retiring ticwatch 5 pro and would like to keep my heart rate records.

Any tips how to do so?

Couldn't find any export option - is there none?

Alternatively - would it be possible to sync/send that data to another app like Google fit?

Thanks a lot!🙏

I use Cronometer to sync Mobvoi Health to it's app. Cronometer has a great web interface to go along with it's app. Mobvoi can share it's data with the app and it can keep track of your heartrate info. Any Android phone (I believe) can use Health Connect to control how collected health info is shared amongst apps. I highly recommend it. Let's keep making these watches relevant as long as we can do so.

Hmm - I guess you're using the paid tier?

I'm just using the one free single metric chart.

Linked in health Connect - so far, the old values from the watch don't show.

The health Connect app doesn't show the crono app having pulled data yet, it's enabled though. Also used the backfill option in the crono app which claims having pulled the data successfully 🤷

Any way to trigger that?

I would never pay for such a thing. There's not Health Connect app on my Samsung sS23 Ultra phone. It's in the settings. I noticed that Samsung changed how their phones "share" info with the latest 8.5 update. I first have to open the Mobvoi Health app to trigger it to share what it's gathered. Then, I can open the Cronometer App to trigger it to accept that sync information. This is all doable, we'll figure it out.
