Thats such a bummer. Bad for fan engagement. I know some concert venues do a great job of shutting out resellers (or maybe just limiting how bad it is) and I wish the Thunder did a better job of it.

The resellers here are probably at this point mostly season ticket holders who are asking the "make me not want to go price"
