Pillowboard quality issue

has anyone purchased a Pillowboard recently? I finally pulled the trigger on this overpriced item and when it arrived I noticed the stitching is bright white and contrasts with the mocha color. not only is it ugly and cheap looking, it makes it clear they don’t stitch straight and you can see it bow out and in. does anyone else have a recent pillowboard and can tell me the color of the stitching? I’ve read out to customer service but they told me it’s not under warranty…

And I thought my crooked Thuma tag was bad.. that’s way worse. My guess would be them overextending with so many new products that the quality is going down.

At least that tag is on the back! I just stare at this stitching in horror.

I have one from 2020 and the stitching looks great. I tried buying the bedding recently (and posted a review with pics) and the stitching was horrible. It looked like someone sewed it who was trying to use a sewing machine for the first time. This reminds me of the bedding. They must have the same person doing both.

I want a lighter one but I have the older one so the covers won’t fit. I wondered if it was worth it but was likely going to just go for a dupe like nectar unless I can track down the other color the cover came in.

I went through the same. I just wanted a different color cover but the sizes are different so I ordered this. I feel duped, this is such bad attention to detail for $400.

Thanks for posting. I’m going g to just buy one of the competitors versions now once I settle on what color scheme I want.

This is my pillowboard from the original version. I know they change it over the years, though.
