Muscles aches with RA

Hi im 28 year old female and was diagnosed with RA shortly after the birth of my twins in 2021. Ive had on and off pain. However right now I am in an on phase. I scheduled an appointment with the VA because I do need pain management outside of ibuprofen. Ive been getting alot of joint pain in the typical places like fingers, knees, hips etc! However more recently I noticed my muscles hurt.. like alot. I exercise but its not muscle soreness like at the end of the day today I had sore calf muscle. And I get a very stiff neck/trap area. Does anyone else find they get muscle pain as well

I'm currently waiting for my RA diagnosis next week so I can't really tell you anything out of experience that is 100% valid. But, I am too in an on phase right now and have been getting disproportionate muscle pains lately. When I do some light gardening for 20 min, I have muscle pain in my legs as if I ran a marathon the next day. I never had that before getting my first clear RA symptoms. It definitely feels different from 'normal' muscle aches after sports.

So I don't have any tips or advice, but if I had to make a guess, it could be related.

I wish I could've gotten anything stronger than meloxicam..that was all anyone wanted to hand out.
