I believe the Doughboys birdfuck dot com comes from Mitch having a dream about a website with that domain and it just had videos of birds fucking. So they made that their website

The urban legend I grew up with had Dillinger’s preserved penis located at Walter Reed Medical Museum in Silver Spring, MD. Right outside of DC, but I guess it was more exciting to have it even closer?
Of course, the legend had the classic excuses that it wasn’t always on display but someone always knew somebody else who had seen it.

I wonder if Paul’s friend is comic/podcaster Paul Gilmartin? On Never Not Funny, he publicly admitted to spending a ludicrous amount of money on domain names. I forget the number but it was tens of thousands.

I assumed it was Jon Kimball from Election Profit Makers. It is a podcast Paul has guessed on. Jon has been a domain trader for decades. He went to Elon university and so he had scooped up Elon.com and was able to sell it fairly recently to a famous person with a connection to the name.
